Your eligibility for a specific type of Eight Sleep Pod 5 product (Core, Plus, or Ultra) will be determined based on the amount of your Checking Balance maintained during the 90-day period of your new account. You may be eligible for multiple Eight Sleep Pod 5 products of the same or different types if your Checking Balance maintained during the 90-day period of your new account exceeds the required threshold for a particular Eight Sleep Pod 5 product. For example, if you maintain a Checking Balance of $1,100,000 for the 90-day period of your new account, you may be eligible for 3 Core Eight Sleep Pod 5 products or 1 Plus Eight Sleep Pod 5 product and 1 Ultra Eight Sleep Pod 5 product.

The new checking account must remain open throughout the 90-day period, at the time Rho ascertains the delivery address, and through the delivery date.
