So how do we make it so easy for you to redeem Rho rewards? Let's dive in.

Alternative cash back reward schemes

Before we review how you can easily redeem your Rho rewards, let’s touch on the challenges of many cash back reward schemes that informed how we built (or didn’t build) ours. Many cash back rewards schemes require:

A minimum spend.

‍This could look like $100K or 30% of your limit. If they don’t require a minimum amount of spend, they may require a minimum cashback earned before you can claim your rewards.

This is restrictive, particularly for a growing business, which is why Rho doesn’t require you to meet any minimums in order to claim your rewards. ‍

A long redemption period.

This could mean rewards are locked up for a year.

You deserve to redeem the rewards you’ve earned without having to wait! So at Rho you can transfer any earned rewards into your Rho Operating Account to start spending straight away. ‍

You to convert points into cashback.

Not only are point schemes complicated when it comes to earning and redeeming points, but converting them into cash can deflate their value at only $0.50 per point.

‍How do Rho’s cash back rewards work? ‍

We want you to enjoy frictionless cash back which is why our cash rewards are automatically yours when you make a repayment on your Rho Card. No complexities or restrictions in sight.

All you need to do is:

• Pay your balance on time.
• Accrued rewards are automatically deposited into your Rewards Account 1-5 days following repayment of your Rho Card. This includes both scheduled and interim repayments—whereby the corresponding rewards are deposited after each repayment is made. Note that for Rho’s one-day card, rewards will be deposited 1-5 days following your statement close.
• Redeem your cash back rewards.
• To do this, simply transfer a specified dollar amount or the full reward balance from your Rewards Account into your Primary Operating Account. It’s that easy.
• Remember rewards are earned on settled transactions only.
• Just be patient!
