This spring, Rho proudly participated in our first-ever BDO Evolve Conference as a new member of the BDO Alliance USA’s Vendor Marketing Program, an exciting milestone as we expand access to frictionless fintech for growth-minded accounting firms and the clients they serve. Our Vegas booth may have been buzzing with Rho hats and high-fives, but the highlight? Announcing the first winner of our “Escape with Rho” giveaway. The initial prize: a luxury vacation on us to unwind, recharge, and return back to work refreshed and inspired.
Congratulations to Anat Borodyansky, Partner at HM&M, a Springline Company—our very first “Escape with Rho” winner! With choices that included glamping in the Grand Canyon, listening to jazz in New Orleans and exploring the Hot Springs of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Anat chose a culinary adventure in Napa Valley as her prize.

What We Learned at BDO Evolve
Attending our first BDO Evolve gave us powerful insight into what matters most to today’s accounting and advisory firms. Some of our takeaways:
Tech Consolidation & AI Curiosity
Consolidation is top of mind—firms want fewer tools, smarter workflows, and more automation. AI was a hot topic, with attendees eager to understand how it complements (not replaces) human expertise.
Trust Is the Currency
From private chats to main stage panels, it was clear: this Alliance is built on trust. Whether it’s tech recommendations or business growth advice, members lean on each other—and we’re honored to be invited in.
Hat Rack Revolution
We couldn’t keep our white Rho caps on the table. Literally. Our hat rack became the social centerpiece of the booth, with attendees snapping selfies and grabbing hats like they were limited-edition collectibles.
Hustle from Gate to Gate
Deals were inked in the booth, yes. But also in line for coffee, in the back of Ubers, and even while hustling for red-eye flights. Our team showed up with hustle and humanity—an approach that clearly resonated.
Fashion Forward
Conference style is evolving—branded blazers and windbreakers are in, and Rho merch is officially streetwear.

1 Subject to the terms and conditions of the Referral Partner Agreement, BDO Alliance USA Members who join Rho's Partner Program ("Referral Partner") are eligible to receive both standard referral fees and a one-time $2,500.00 USD sign-on bonus credit after successfully onboarding their second new-to-Rho client. The following requirements must be met: (1) Both onboarded clients must be new Rho customers and meet eligibility requirements; (2) Each onboarded client must either maintain an average deposit balance of $100,000 or more in a Rho checking account for 90 days OR spend $50,000 or more using the Rho charge card within 90 days, with both periods beginning from the date the client is onboarded, approved, and activated; (3) Each referred client is eligible to receive a $500 incentive upon meeting these requirements. All clients are subject to Rho's verification. Cannot combine offers. Rho may discontinue, suspend benefits or require repayment for misuse. The one-time $2,500.00 USD sign-on bonus credit will be paid within thirty (30) calendar days following the successful qualification of the second referred client meeting the requirements specified above.
