¹Terms and Conditions: To qualify for the offer package listed above, your referred company ("Referred Entity") must: (i) apply and be approved for a Rho checking account ("Rho Account"), (ii) make a deposit into its Rho Account, and (iii) hold such Rho Account in good standing throughout the Payout Period (as defined below).
Once your Referred Entity has satisfied the offer's conditions, you shall be eligible for a cash credit ("Affiliate Reward") into your Rho Account equivalent to thirty percent (30%) of the Gross Profits (as defined hereinafter) generated from your Referred Entity's deposits that were deposited during that month. You shall be eligible for Affiliate Rewards for a period of twelve (12) months after the first deposit made by your Referred Entity ("Payout Period"). "Gross Profits" means the total gross revenue recognized by Rho attributable to the Referred Entity's Rho Account deposits during the applicable month, less attributable costs including interest or yield paid to the Referred Entity, funding costs, payment processing fees, reserves, and other expenses.
Unless otherwise stated by Rho, the following conditions also apply:
1. This offer is limited to the referral of new Rho customers only.
2. Existing Rho customers or customers who have applied for an account at Rho during the last one hundred and twenty (120) days cannot qualify as a Referred Entity for this offer.
3. New Rho products or services connected to existing Rho services or accounts do not qualify for this offer.
4. There is no limit to the number of Referred Entities you may refer to Rho for this offer.
The Affiliate Reward shall be credited to your Rho Account within fifteen (15) days after we have determined that the activities by your Referred Entity have met the offer requirements for that month. Your Referred Entity's new Rho Account must remain open and in good standing throughout the month for which you are eligible for this offer and at the time we attempt to deposit any earned Affiliate Reward to your Rho Account.
All Rho accounts, services, and products are subject to Rho’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Rho reserves the exclusive right to substitute or change the offer package for a reward of equal or higher value. This offer may be changed or discontinued by Rho at any time without notice. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer unless stated otherwise by that other offer’s terms, and cannot be sold, transferred, or traded. You cannot receive more than twelve (12) months’ worth of offer Affiliate Rewards. Void where prohibited. You are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local tax payments, reporting, or other tax consequences. Rho reserves the right to rescind or demand repayment of any portion of the offer package if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you or the Referred Entity has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity in connection with this offer or their account
