Rho Incorporation is ordinarily $400. However, we will credit that back to qualifying accounts that deposit and maintain $10,000 in a Rho Checking Account for 60 days after you incorporate. Terms and conditions apply.*

Yes, but for founders outside the U.S., all applicants require a verified U.S. residential address to file for incorporation and to bank with Rho. Note that applications that don’t meet this requirement will not be processed. Also, if you apply without a US SSN or TIN, the EIN application will be faxed rather than filed online, which could add two to three weeks.

No. The registered agent is covered for the first year, and the EIN application is submitted after your incorporation is complete.

No additional fees at the time of incorporation. Delaware franchise taxes apply on an ongoing basis, as with every Delaware corporation.
