Referring as a Rho Partner (non-customer)

Here's how It works

For Non-Rho Referrers: If you're not a current Rho customer but know a business that could benefit from Rho's banking platform, here's your chance to earn by referring them to us. Follow these steps to get started:

• Sign up for a Rho’s partner account through Rho’s partner account landing page.

• Once you have your partner account, share your unique referral link with businesses you believe could benefit from Rho.

• Successfully refer a new customer to Rho (who has not previously had a Rho account). You will receive a $500 referral bonus 30 days after the referred account has met all the specified requirements detailed below under "For New Referred Customers" within 90 days of account approval.

For New Referred Customers: Earn $500 after 30 consecutive days of meeting the following criteria within 90 days of approval:

• Maintain an average monthly balance of at least $20,000

Who is eligible for this program?

• This offer is available to Rho customers who refer new customers and to new customers who are referred

• This offer is not available to non-Rho customers who refer as a Rho partner

How is this program changing?

Previously: You earn $500 after 30 consecutive days of meeting all of the following criteria within 90 days of approval:

• Use your Rho account for your company’s payroll

• Make one or more deposits into your Rho checking account and maintain an average monthly balance of at least $100,000

• Complete a payroll transaction

• Rho reserves the right to verify whether a transaction qualifies as a payroll transaction

New: You and your referral each receive $500 after 90 days if you meet the following requirements:

• Maintain an average monthly balance of at least $20,000

Referring as a Rho Customer

Here’s how it works:‍

• For Existing Rho Customers: Successfully refer a new customer to Rho (who has not previously had a Rho account). You will receive a $500 referral bonus deposited into your Rho account 30 days after the referred account has met all the specified requirements detailed below under "For New Referred Customers" within 90 days of account approval.

• For New Referred Customers: Earn $500 after 30 consecutive days of meeting the following criteria within 90 days of approval:

  • Maintain an average monthly balance of at least $20,000

Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is available to Rho customers who refer new customers and to new customers who are referred, subject to Rho's Terms of Service.

• The referral incentive for both the referrer and the referred customer will be considered taxable income. Recipients are advised to consult with a tax professional regarding the tax treatment of these benefits.

• Rho reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and is not transferable.

• Rho reserves the right to revoke a promotional award and/or disqualify future eligibility for promotions if any abusive, fraudulent, or terms-violating activities are detected.
