Weve expanded support for Accounting to the mobile app, allowing users with the appropriate permissions to view and edit accounting details within transactions. The Accounting section is accessible in the transaction drawer, but only for businesses with Accounting Integrations enabled. How It Works When you open a transaction drawer in the mobile app, if your business has Accounting Integrations enabled, you'll see an Accounting section. Depending on your permissions, you can view or edit relevant details from there. Using the Mobile Accounting feature, you can: View and modify accounting details for Banking transfers, Expenses, and Reimbursements View accounting details for AP Bills pending approval in the Approvals tab Access and update accounting details for split transactions, with each split having its own Accounting section If you need more information about permissions or how to enable this feature, please contact your account administrator or our support team. To review your card controls and make changes, navigate to the Cards tab in the app, and then click on the card of interest. Click Card Settings . Here, you can see and adjust card usage options such as permitted spending categories, and card usage dates. International Spend By default, all Rho Cards have international spending enabled, meaning the card will also go through for all transactions outside of the US. This can be toggled off and on at any time. Assign Rho Attributes You can use advanced card controls to assign attribute values for specific cards. Transactions from these cards are automatically mapped to these specific values without further manual mapping required. Note that only users with adequate permissions can assign attribute values to cards from the Rho app. Rho Attributes need to be set up first in Organization Settings. You can find more about Custom Attributes at Rho here . Merchant Controls Merchant-specific controls : You can limit a card's acceptance to a group of up to 20 distinct merchants. This means the card will only be accepted at those merchants, and transactions at merchants not on that list will be declined. Merchant category controls : You can limit a card's acceptance to specific merchant categories (ex., Advertising Services, Airlines, Grocery Stores), which are set by Mastercard, the network partner for Rho Cards. Scroll to the Merchant Controls section, toggle to On , and then select the Categories tab. In the Permitted Spending Categories field, you can restrict card transactions to only the categories selected from the drop-down list. For example, you can select Airlines, Air Carriers, Airports, and Flying Fields if you want the card to be used only for air travel expenses. Start date : The first day this card can be used End date : The card can be used up to the day before the date defined here. Transactions will be declined starting on the end date . Note : By default, all Rho cards expire 3 years from the issue date. Notifications You can turn on alerts for receipt uploads for a specific card from the Rho app. In Card Settings > Notifications , you can enable text (SMS), email, and/or mobile push notifications. Once activated, you'll receive notifications via your selected channels for every approved card transaction.

To access your Card Details (including the card number and limit) and manage card usage controls, navigate to the Cards tab in the Rho App. Select the card you wish to review, and you will see three distinct tabs: Overview , Details , and Settings . Overview Under the Card Overview section, you can view all transactions associated with this card. If a card limit is set, a progress bar will be displayed, visually indicating the amount spent and the remaining balance. Details Under the Card Details section, you can see all the important information associated with this card, such as the card number, CVV and expiration date, card limit type, and limit amount.To add your virtual Rho cards to a mobile wallet, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay , you can copy the card number, CVV, and expiration date directly from the card display. Simply tap the desired section to copy the information and paste it into your wallet app. Settings In the Card Settings section, you can view and manage card usage options, including merchant controls, permitted spending categories, and card usage dates. You can also configure whether the card can be used internationally and set your preferred notification method for card transactions. If any of these options are active, they will be indicated by the keyword "Active" displayed in green.

You can add receipts to all Rho Card transactions within the app ( in addition to desktop, email, and SMS uploads ). To add a receipt, open the Rho app and tap on the transaction requiring a receipt. In the Attachments section, click "Upload Receipt" and choose one of the following options: Select an image from your camera roll Take a photo of your receipt using your camera Select and upload a file Note: Be sure to include any applicable tip amount on your receipt. In the transaction details window, you can also add departments, labels, and notes to your transaction.

If you're managing multiple businesses through our mobile app, switching between them is straightforward. Here is how to easily do it within the app: Open the mobile app and log in to your account. Look for your settings icon in the top right corner of the screen. Tap on the settings icon . This action will open the Settings menu. At the bottom of the page, look for the Switch Business button and tap on it If you have multiple businesses associated with your account, you'll see a list of all your businesses. Select the business you wish to switch to. The app will then switch to the selected business, and you can begin managing it as needed. Tips: Ensure that you have the latest version of the mobile app installed to access all features smoothly. If your business has a logo, its name will be displayed below the Home title on the Home screen, below the title on the Settings screen, and under Account Settings. These visual cues make it easy to quickly identify the currently active business. If you do not see the option to switch businesses, ensure that you are logged in with an account that has access to multiple businesses. If the issue persists, contact customer support for assistance. Remember to log out of the business account if you're using a shared or public device to prevent unauthorized access.

If you need to share your Rho Virtual Card details with someone, theres a secure way to do so within the Rho App. Sharing your card details through this secure channel reduces the risk of your card information getting compromised. To share a virtual card, click on the Cards tab, then select your card. Click the three dots at the top right of the screen, then click Share Card . Then, fill in the email address & optional note to accompany the card details. The recipient will receive an email with a secure link to the card details. Note : The recipient can only access the card details once, and the link will automatically expire after 72 hours if it hasn't been opened.

To view any banking transfers that require your approval, open the Rho app and head to the Approvals tab and navigate to the Banking section. There, you will be able to approve or reject each of these transfers. If you reject a transfer, you can add a note to the rejection for the requester to review. Once you approve a transaction, the payment will process. You'll see the processed transaction in the Recent Activity log in your Banking Tab on the Mobile app, and in the Banking Tab in the Rho dashboard on Web .

If you have approval permissions in Rho, you can approve outstanding expenses via the Rho App. To approve an outstanding expense, navigate to the Expenses tab, then click on the Company tab to view all expenses within the department(s) you have approval permissions for. To filter expenses by status, tap the filter icon, select Needs My Approval , and click Apply . Additionally, you can easily search for specific expenses using the search function. Expenses can be searched by merchant, merchant category, username, assigned department, amount, or label. Approving Expenses Click on an unapproved transaction to open the transaction drawer, then click the Approve button in the bottom right corner of the screen. The approver's name will be shown in the Approvals Required section of the transaction drawer. Rejecting Expenses Click on an unapproved transaction to open the transaction drawer, then click the Reject button in the bottom right corner of the screen. If you reject the expense, you'll need to provide a reason, which will be shared with the expense submitter.
