Firstbase Start: $399 list price
Start is the formation product: an LLC or C corp in Delaware or Wyoming, expedited EIN setup, zero filing fees for required documents, essential documents such as a stock purchase agreement and bylaws, help opening a business bank account with a banking partner, and access to Firstbase's deals and rewards.
On October 17, 2026, Firstbase's pricing page showed Start at an offer price of $99, down from the $399 list price, under the line "Formation is on us. Pay only your state fee." Under that offer, the state filing fee is paid separately.
Firstbase Agent: $299 per year, per state
Agent Autopilot is Firstbase's registered agent and compliance product: registered agent service, compliance reminders, state annual report and franchise tax filings, and beneficial ownership information filings. It is billed per state, so a company registered in multiple states pays $299 for each. Firstbase notes that registered agent services are required for incorporation, and that state fees and taxes owed are paid separately.
Firstbase Mailroom: $35 to $50 per month
Mailroom provides a US business address with unlimited incoming mail, scans, and digital storage, in two tiers: Basic at $35 per month or $315 per year, and Premium at $50 per month or $350 per year. Premium includes a premium physical address in New York City, San Francisco, or Florida. Firstbase notes that a US address is required for incorporation.
Firstbase Accounting: $599 per month
Accounting is bookkeeping with continuous reconciliation and direct bookkeeper live chat, at $599 per month or $5,990 per year.
Firstbase Tax Filing: $1,799 per year
Tax Filing covers federal and state returns for C corps and multi-member LLCs at $1,799 per year, with an $899 package for non-US-owned single-member LLCs. Return preparation does not cover the underlying state obligations, so Delaware franchise tax and similar amounts are still owed on top.
Firstbase One: $199 per month, billed yearly
Firstbase One bundles Mailroom Premium, Registered Agent, Accounting, and Tax Filing for $199 per month, billed yearly at $2,388, against a listed regular price of $362 per month. Firstbase says the bundle can save up to $1,950 annually.
Delaware state costs to budget for
Whichever provider you use, the state charges its own fees. Delaware revised its fee schedule effective August 1, 2026. According to the Delaware Division of Corporations (figures as of October 17, 2026), a corporation's certificate of incorporation starts at $109, and a corporation owes a $50 annual report fee plus franchise tax (minimum $175 under the Authorized Shares Method) by March 1 each year. A Delaware LLC's certificate of formation is $110, and every Delaware LLC owes a $400 annual tax by June 1. Expedited filing costs $50 for 24-hour service or $100 for same-day service.
