Today, we're excited to launch Rho Incorporation, available directly in our sign-up flow.
Every company starts the same way. There's an idea, there's momentum, and then there's paperwork. Founders typically spend days or weeks between deciding to start a company and actually operating one.
Find an incorporation service or a lawyer. Wait on filings. Wait on an EIN. Only then can you apply for a business bank account. Each step lives in a different tool, with its own wait.
Rho Incorporation is an attorney-reviewed Delaware C-corp filed in about 24 hours. Open your Rho business bank account in one motion, without switching tabs.
Highlights
Under 5 minutes to complete. Company name, founder details, equity split.
Filed in about 24 hours. About 80% of filings complete within a day. Registered agent covered for year one.
Every document reviewed by a licensed attorney. Certificate of incorporation, bylaws, board consents, stock agreements, 83(b)s.
Open before your EIN arrives. Your Rho account application runs in the same flow. Your EIN attaches to it once the IRS issues it.
How it works
You complete the questionnaire inside the Rho application in under five minutes. From there, a licensed attorney reviews and signs off on every document, your Delaware C-corp is filed in about 24 hours, and your EIN application is filed on your behalf.
Rho Incorporation costs $400. That price includes your registered agent for the first year, and the bank account comes with it.
For a limited time, get the $400 back
Right now, the full $400 comes back to you. Deposit $10,000 of new money into your Rho checking account and keep your daily average balance $10,000 above where it started for the 30 days after you incorporate. Once you do, the fee is credited back to your account.
Note that the deposit must be new money. Funds you already hold at Rho will not satisfy the requirement.
Your account opens while you wait on the IRS
An EIN takes hours to arrive if you have an SSN and weeks if you don't. At most banks, that wait comes first, and only then can you start the account application.
Rho runs the two in parallel. Your business account opens in the same flow as your incorporation, so the setup is already done while the IRS processes your EIN. Once your EIN is issued, it attaches to the account, and money movement begins from there.
Ready the moment your EIN lands
When your EIN arrives, there is no second application and no waiting on a bank. Checking, corporate cards, invoicing, bill pay, and expenses are already set up and waiting.
That means you can send your first invoice the day your EIN is issued. An investor's check has somewhere to land in an entity and an account you set up in a single sitting.
How to get started
You can see the whole flow end to end at incorporatewithrho.com. When you're ready, sign up and start filing.
Your Delaware C-corp is attorney-reviewed and filed in about 24 hours, your account is set up in the same flow, and the $400 comes back to you.
