Rho Invoicing Upgrades: Payment Portal, Recurring Invoices & More

Sending an invoice is easy. Getting paid is the part that takes forever. We fixed the second part.

Send the invoice. Get paid. Repeat.

Highlights

  • Payment portals for every invoice. A branded link where your customer sees what they owe and how to pay.

  • Recurring invoices. Send automatically on the cadence you choose.

  • Rho Invoicing is now available to all Rho customers. Create branded invoices and send them from the same place you bank.

How Rho Invoicing Works

Create a branded invoice in minutes - your logo, your colors. Your customer sees your business, not Rho.

Every invoice comes with its own payment portal. Your customer opens a link and sees who the invoice is from, what they owe, and when it's due - with clear instructions to pay by ACH or domestic wire (or by check). No Rho account required. They can download the full invoice with line items right from the portal.

When payment lands in your Rho account, it matches to the right invoice automatically - no manual reconciliation. Once an invoice is paid, the portal updates on its own: payment instructions disappear and the invoice shows as paid.

Your bank details stay protected. Every invoice uses a virtual account number, so your actual account information is never exposed.

Recurring invoices: set it once, billing runs itself

If you bill the same customers on a regular cadence, you know the routine - recreate the invoice, double-check the amount, send it again. Every cycle. Recurring invoices let you set the schedule once and send automatically.

Sending an invoice is easy. Getting paid is the part that takes forever.

Why getting paid takes so long

Most founders invoice from a Google Doc or a PDF attached to an email. Then the waiting starts.

The customer can't find the wire details. They reply asking where to send payment. You forward the information again. Eventually the money lands - and then you're checking your bank account, searching your inbox, and updating a spreadsheet to figure out which invoice it belongs to.

None of this is hard. It's just friction at the exact moment you want the least of it: when someone is trying to pay you. And it sits between you and cash you've already earned.

Rho Invoicing removes that friction.
