Manage Vendor Cards in the Rho mobile app
Admins and eligible team members can now create virtual vendor cards straight from the Rho app. Assign a cardholder, configure limits, and spend settings on the go.
Receipt Notifications, Reimagined [beta]
Receipt notifications now follow your expense policy. If a receipt isn't required, you won't get prompted. When one is required, the channel matches the context.
Also shipping this month:
Switch limit types on existing cards. Admins and cardholders can now switch between annual, monthly, weekly, daily, or no limit on existing cards without issuing a new one.
Per-account payment defaults for vendors. Default payment methods are now set at the specific account level, not just the method type. Switch which ACH account is the default without deleting and re-adding it.
Rho Treasury: redesigned Portfolio tab. Per-asset detail is now visible in a clean layout, with tooltips on every header.
Retry failed or canceled reimbursements. Users can now retry payment on reimbursements that previously failed or were canceled individually or in bulk. No recreating from scratch.
Smarter account security. Admins can now require two-factor authentication on every login across the entire team — and individual security settings can be updated with a single toggle, no multi-step modal required.
