Frequently asked questions
A Slack workspace admin installs the app; a Rho account owner or admin connects your business. If those are two different people, the app generates a hand-off link so the right person can finish setup.
No. You can configure personal alerts or enable one shared alerts channel, with thresholds and delivery-time controls. Rho won’t post alerts to multiple channels, and nothing is sent until you turn alerts on.
No. Rho only posts notifications in the single alerts channel you configure. Other account data isn’t shared in channels—command responses respect each user’s Rho permissions and are visible only to the person asking or sent via DM.
